Will is one of the most respected businessmen in the Texas panhandle. As a 3rd generation farmer & cattleman, his expertise in the agriculture and beef industries is well known. He has a Masters in Public Accounting from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and brings an unmatched level of professionalism to all aspects of KABIL Cattle Company operations.
In addition to leading KABIL Cattle Company, he owns 6A Farms with his family and was named Dallam County Farmer Of The Year in 2016.
Kathy Riffe
Partner & Consultant
Kathy is regarded as one of the best cattle women in the Texas panhandle. Along with her brother Will, she grew up working in the family farming and cattle business and has been an integral part of KABIL Cattle Company from the start.
An expert in all things related to herd management, she makes sure that the cattle entrusted to KABIL Cattle Company are cared for as if they were her own.
Kathy has had her own cow/calf herd for several years and operates under the ‘Bar U’ brand.
Thomas Allen
Marketing & Business Operations Manager
Thomas is quickly becoming recognized as an innovative leader in the farming and cattle industry. Like his father Will, he brings excellence and integrity to all that he does.
Thomas graduated at the top of his class in the School of Agriculture at Texas A&M University.
Along with overseeing daily work, Thomas manages the marketing and business operations for KABIL Cattle Company.
Katie Allen
Finance & Business Relations Manager
Katie grew up in Slaton, TX working in the family farming business. She went to Texas A&M University, where she and Thomas met, and earned her degree in Animal Science and Agriculture Communications & Journalism.
After college, Katie worked for Texas Wheat Producers for 2 1/2 years.
Her education and experience bring valuable skills, knowledge, and insight to her role as the finance and business relations manager for KABIL Cattle Company.

Jesus has been a true cowboy his entire life, so he knows a thing or two about getting the job done. He is a key leader for our team and is responsible for the daily care and handling of all cattle operations.

John is a native of the Texas panhandle and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the cattle industry. He keeps things running smoothly and handles all aspects of feedyard daily operations.
